Ashlind Gumpenberger joined Burkhart Real Estate & Auction in December 2024, bringing his passion for the auction and real estate industries as a fourth-generation auctioneer. Raised in the heart of Kansas, Ashlind has been involved in auctioneering since the age of 16. He takes great pride in upholding his family's legacy and is eager to offer his expertise in auctioneering, as well as residential and agricultural real estate, to clients in Greensburg and the surrounding areas. Ashlind graduated valedictorian of his class from Kiowa County High School in 2020. In December of 2023, Ashlind graduated with honors, earning a Bachelor's degree in Agribusiness from Kansas State University. With Burkhart Real Estate and Auction, Ashlind assists on sale day by serving as an auctioneer and bid catcher. Additionally, he is dedicated to assisting clients with their residential, commercial, and land real estate needs. When Ashlind is not assisting his clients in land transactions, he feeds and cares for his cattle, helps neighbors plant and harvest their crops, and spends time with his family hunting and fishing. He and his fiance, Kylie, live in Greensburg, KS, with their yellow lab, Gutter, and Australian Shepherd, Dixie.
