Located just off Highway 50, and the intersection of the infamous, historic Boot Hill Casino and Resort, this property is situated on 13+/- acres of land. It includes several buildings, livestock pens, a fully stocked pond, pasture, and more. Highlights of the property include a massive building (241’ x 105’) that was built in 1979 and features a 57’ x 40’ tack room that leads into a large indoor arena (approx. 195’ x 80’).
