Auctioneer’s Note: Featuring a wide selection of new and older firearms and ammunition from the estate of an avid firearm collector. Additionally, there are a considerable number of knives and hunting items being offered for sale. Don’t miss this auction!

NOTICE: We comply with all State & Federal Laws. Must show valid Driver’s License to register for a Buyer Number. Each buyer must be legally eligible to purchase and possess firearms and ammunition. 

TERMS: Cash, personal check, or major credit cards will be accepted. No sales tax or buyer's premium will be charged. A 4% processing fee applies to all credit card transactions. All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS. All purchases must be removed on the day of the sale unless subject to FFL transfer requirements or other legal restrictions. 

LEGAL COMPLIANCE & BUYER RESPONSIBILITY: Burkhart Real Estate & Auction will require NICS Check (National Instant Criminal Background Check System) on all firearm purchases unless you present your current FFL or Kansas Concealed Carry license. Burkhart Real Estate & Auction requires that all firearms purchased by out-of-state buyers be transferred in compliance with all applicable federal and state laws. Firearms must be shipped to a federally licensed fireamrs dealer (FFL) located in the buyer's state of residence. Certain firearms or accessories may be restricted in some jurisdictions. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to know and comply with all applicable laws. Midwest Armory, a federally licensed firearms dealer, will be onsite the day of the sale to facilitate transfers and the NICS Checks. 

INSPECTIONS: All firearms and ammunition are sold as is, where is. Burkhart Real Estate & Auction makes no warranties regarding condition or functionality. All firearms should be inspected by a qualified gunsmith prior to use.

Absentee bids and phone bidding will be available. All absentee bids and phone bidding arrangements must be made prior to the auction day. No absentee or phone bids will be accepted on the auction day.
